The scope of this project was to treat the 250 m3/day effluent coming out of leather tannery to be reused in the process hence reducing recycling the wastewater and saving on fresh water cost. It was a turnkey project which included design engineering, construction, operation and maintenance. It was especially designed as compared to municipal sewage, the industrial effluents contain higher and more toxic level of contaminants, especially the tannery effluent which is considered one of the highly contaminated industrial effluent.
